Hello Rajesh.  We've spoken in the past about career opportunities and I wanted to get back in touch as I've recently been working very closely with Kleiner Perkins.  As I'm sure you've noticed, the market has changed quite a bit from the way it  was just a year ago.  Startups are fashionable again, innovation is rampant, and venture capital money is flying around freely.  Needless to say, it's an exciting time in the Valley!
I'm not sure if you're actively looking for new opportunities or just keeping a casual eye on the market, but there hasn't been a better time in quite a while to at least poke your head out and see what else is out there.  I am privileged to be working with some of the most cutting edge companies in our industry, including Facebook, Salesforce.com, Activision, and the hottest startups funded by Kleiner Perkins.  
I wanted to know if you'd be open to having a casual conversation about some of the exciting opportunities I'm connected to - no strings attached, completely exploratory at this point.  Please let me know if you have 10 minutes to speak briefly some time this week and I'll be happy to get in touch with you.

This is a common interview question used by google, I wrote up a fiddle to show how this can be done. This is probably more functionality than is expected by the interviewer but is a good reference.
